Community

I need community, we need community. When I feel connected and seen, loved and appreciated, supported and nurtured, I experience a deeper connection to myself, a remembering of who I am. The most expansive times in my life have been when I have felt deeply rooted in myself and held by community. Doing life alone is super challenging, we are social creatures that are wired for connection. This is one of the many reasons why I am super heart shimmeringly happy to be involved in WE LIKE BASS // THE SOBER RAVE! in Brighton on 24th February.
