Hello, I am Eshana (she/her). I passionately believe that the path to sexual wholeness happens outside of the bedroom.

Developing a healthy relationship with your sexuality begins with cultivating an exquisite intimacy with yourself through body, mind & spirit.

That is why I am here, to support people to:

build a relationship with their adult sexual self
create a sense of safety through nervous system regulation
experience the deep wisdom and guidance of their body
give themselves permission for pleasure, sensuality and arousal
